Job summary

Aldridge Pite, LLP is seeking a Title Reviewer to audit the chain of title and ensure clear to proceed with foreclosure. This role supports clients and vendors, reviews loan origination documents, and maintains client systems.

Responsibilities include communicating with clients, updating case management, and assisting with special projects while upholding accuracy and timeliness. Remote work from home with comprehensive benefits is offered.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Prior Title or Foreclosure experience preferred.
• Must be organized and multi-task oriented.
• Possess good organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to identify and resolve issues in a timely manner.
• Must be proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook and the Internet.
• Team player with willingness to adapt to change.

Responsibilities

• Reviewing the chain of title
• Identifying potential title issues
• Reviewing and auditing loan origination documents
• Communicate with clients/vendors/borrowers
• Update and monitor clients systems
• Update internal Case Management System
• Assist with other duties and special projects as needed
