Job summary

Aldridge Pite, LLP is seeking a Title Reviewer to verify the chain of title and ensure the firm can proceed with foreclosure. The role emphasizes accuracy, document review, and client communication.

Ideal candidates have a High School Diploma, strong organizational skills, and proficiency with Word, Excel, and Outlook. Remote work is available with standard full-time expectations and benefits.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma is required.
• Prior Title or Foreclosure experience preferred.
• Must be organized and multi-task oriented.
• Possess good organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to identify and resolve issues in a timely manner.
• Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook and internet tools.
• Team player willing to adapt to change.

Responsibilities

• Reviewing the chain of title
• Identifying potential title issues
• Reviewing and auditing loan origination documents
• Communicate with clients/vendors/borrowers
