Qualifications

• Experience with Title IV federal student aid regulations and clock-hour programs.
• Independently complete packaging and awarding, ISIR corrections, verification, and disbursements.
• Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy and compliance.

Responsabilités

• Administer Title IV financial aid for clock-hour programs, including reviewing FAFSAs, awards, verification, corrections, disbursements, and professional judgments.
• Ensure compliance with federal student aid requirements and protect schools from audit findings.
• Support schools and students across two service models with clear, responsive communication.
• Build trusted relationships through regular updates with schools and students via phone, email, and virtual meetings.
• Investigate issues, determine next steps, and move cases forward with remote teamwork.
