Public Consulting Group (PCG) is a leading public sector solutions firm seeking a qualified professional to support Adoption Assistance and Foster Care data analysis across PA counties. You will review invoices, provide guidance to county offices, and help ensure compliance with Title IV-E policies.

The role requires travel across Pennsylvania and strong MS Office skills. The ideal candidate holds a bachelor's degree or higher in a related field and has several years of experience in child

Qualifications

• A bachelor's degree or higher in business, accounting, social work, public policy, or related fields.
• Minimum three years of experience in child welfare, Title IV-E eligibility, policy, or invoicing.
• Experience in financial management and invoicing for federal/state funds preferred.

Responsibilities

• Gather, review, and analyze county Adoption Assistance, Prevention, RMTS, and Foster Care data within a geographic region.
• Review financial invoices for state and federal funding and ensure accuracy.
• Provide education, information, and technical assistance to county personnel and eligibility workers.
• Travel throughout PA to meet scheduling and staffing needs; learn federal/state policy for Title IV-E eligibility.
