Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Perform title examinations and review chains of title for residential orders.
• Abstract and analyze records including mortgages, liens, judgments and easements.
• Resolve title issues caused by missing or conflicting information.
• Prepare initial title commitment documentation using established procedures.
• Test title-related tools, platforms and applications across workflows.
• Compare results with examiner judgment and source records; identify errors.
• Provide actionable feedback to technology teams with examples.
• Help define test scenarios and workflows based on real-world practice.
• Review reports and system-generated documentation for accuracy.
• Provide underwriting interpretation within guidelines as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
