You must have a high school diploma, 2+ years of multistate experience, and strong analytical, research, and communication skills. A remote work option is available with pay range aligned to market norms.

Responsibilities

• Perform title examinations and review chains of title for residential orders.
• Abstract and analyze records (mortgages, liens, judgments, easements, vital stats, plats) to determine ownership and verify descriptions.
• Resolve title issues with missing or contradictory information.
• Prepare initial title commitment documentation.
• Test title-related tools and platforms across workflows.
• Compare system results with examiner judgment and source records; identify errors and omissions.
• Provide actionable feedback to technology teams with examples and context.
• Help define and refine test scenarios and workflows based on real-world practice.
• Review reports and system-generated documentation for accuracy and usability.
• Provide underwriting interpretation within guidelines as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
