Qualifications

• 2+ years of multistate title examination experience.
• State license(s) if required.

• Proficiency with MS software and company operating systems helpful.

Responsibilities

• Perform title examinations and review chains of title for residential orders.
• Abstract and analyze records (mortgages, liens, judgments, easements, vital statistics) to determine ownership and legal descriptions.
• Resolve title issues involving missing, incomplete, or contradictory information.
• Prepare initial title commitment documentation using established procedures.
• Test title-related tools, platforms, and applications across workflows.
• Compare system results with examiner judgment and source records; identify errors and opportunities to improve results.
• Provide specific, actionable feedback to technology teams with examples and context.
• Help define and refine test scenarios and workflows based on real-world practices.
• Review reports and system-generated documentation for accuracy and usability.
• Provide underwriting interpretation within guidelines as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
