Qualifications

• High school diploma plus 4–5 years in timesheet administration or time-charging.
• Experience in a government contracting environment.
• Familiar with time-charging policies and federal labor laws.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong client-facing and interpersonal skills.
• Overtime availability.

Responsibilities

• Monitor timesheets for timely submission and approval.
• Assist employees with timesheet questions and issues related to hours.
• Perform timecard corrections of varying complexity.
• Complete a high volume of timesheet adjustments.
• Maintain and update approver groups in the system.
• Assist employees with creating paper correcting timesheets when needed.
• Track and report timesheet discrepancies and resolve them.
• Review pay data and resolve pay-related questions.
• Research errors and drive resolution to root cause.
• Coordinate final timesheets for terminating employees with HR and approvers.
• Provide timesheets to HR and Legal when necessary.
• Walk customers through problem-solving steps and escalate when needed.
• Follow up with customers to ensure issue closure.
• Take ownership of tasks and complete them.
• Maintain process documentation and propose updates.
