Job summary

Teledyne Technologies Incorporated is seeking a Payroll Administrator to support timekeeping, labor accounting, payroll reconciliations, intercompany billings, and workforce reporting across multiple locations. This role collaborates with Operations, Finance, HR, and Payroll to ensure accurate labor data and timely reporting.

The ideal candidate will handle payroll processing, backup the Payroll Manager, and help improve processes while maintaining high confidentiality and compliance with

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree or equivalent preferred; Accounting/Payroll acumen beneficial.
• 2+ years payroll, accounting, timekeeping or related admin experience preferred.
• Familiarity with ERP systems (IFS Cloud or similar) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Timekeeping administration for two large sites; resolve discrepancies.
• Process payroll-related activities and assist with audits.
• Post payroll journal entries to GL; reconcile payroll/labor accounts.
• Prepare intercompany labor billings and reconcile intercompany transactions.
• Generate labor and workforce reports; support ad hoc analyses for leadership.
• Maintain confidentiality of payroll information and support audits.
