Zusammenfassung

Basic Research, LLC seeks a hands-on manager to own the daily management and growth of SeroVital’s TikTok Shop and creator program. You will build creator relationships, deliver engaging content, reach new audiences, and drive Shop sales with data-driven optimization.

Collaborating with the social media manager and videographer, you will align creator output with Shop priorities and the broader social plan while overseeing budget, approvals, and performance metrics.

Qualifikationen

• Hands-on experience managing and growing a US TikTok Shop, including Seller Center operations and creator or affiliate programs.
• Track record turning creator outreach into delivered content and ongoing partnerships with demonstrable results.
• Experience negotiating deliverables, fees, usage rights, and advertising permissions.
• Strong judgment on short-form content and ability to justify hooks and formats.
• Experience managing TikTok advertising and using results to guide budgets and creative decisions.
• Ability to interpret conversion costs and channel economics beyond vanity metrics.
• Excellent organization, follow-through, and cross-team communication.
• Familiarity with sponsored content disclosures in beauty, wellness, or supplements marketing.

Aufgaben

• Build and grow a network of creators whose content aligns with SeroVital’s customers.
• Manage outreach, briefs, fees, contracts, deadlines, and follow-up for partnerships.
• Secure content usage rights and maintain records of deliverables and permissions.
• Identify productive partners and build recurring collaborations for content and affiliate activity.
• Own the creator content pipeline from briefs to approvals and handoffs to social and paid media.
• Translate insights into briefs and concepts supporting Shop growth and customer acquisition.
• Coordinate with the social media manager on content needs and publishing calendar.
• Partner with the videographer on hooks and adaptations across marketing channels.
• Run TikTok Shop operations: Seller Center, product listings, merchandising, promotions, and accounts.
• Coordinate fulfillment on inventory, shipping, returns, and order issues.
• Manage TikTok advertising with internal support and allocate spend across tests and growth.
• Work with regulatory reviewers on product eligibility and approved messaging.
