Job summary

Basic Research is seeking an experienced operator to lead SeroVital's TikTok Shop and creator program. You will build and scale the channel by developing productive creator relationships, delivering engaging content, and growing Shop sales while improving performance over time.

You will work with the social media manager and videographer, aligning creator output with Shop priorities and advertising plans. This remote role focuses on content-driven growth, performance optimization, and cross-team

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience managing and growing a US TikTok Shop, including Seller Center operations and creator or affiliate programs.
• Track record of turning creator outreach into delivered content and ongoing partnerships.
• Experience negotiating creator deliverables, fees, timelines, usage rights, and advertising permissions.
• Strong judgment about short-form content and how to improve hooks and formats.

Responsibilities

• Own the creator content pipeline from briefs to handoffs to social media and paid media teams.
• Translate audience insights and creator performance into briefs and content concepts for Shop growth.
• Coordinate with the social media manager on content needs and publishing calendar.
• Manage budget and performance across advertising, creator fees, sampling, and content rights.
