Job summary

Dollar Shave Club is seeking a TikTok Shop Affiliate Manager to own the day‑to‑day engine of our affiliate program for DSC and Truly Beauty. You will recruit creators, manage sampling, onboard affiliates, and turn creator content into GMV.

You’ll collaborate with brand, marketing, and ecommerce teams on monthly product pushes, briefs, and Target Collabs, while tracking performance to guide scale decisions. Fluency in English and conversational Spanish helps you engage a diverse creator community

Qualifications

• 2+ years in affiliate, influencer, or creator marketing with TikTok Shop experience.
• Fluency in English and conversational Spanish.
• Hands-on experience with TikTok Shop Seller Center and affiliate tools.
• Proven ability to recruit high-converting creators and grow GMV.
• Understanding of hooks, angles, product education, and claims guidelines.
• Proficiency with Google Sheets or Excel for trackers and analytics.

Responsibilities

• Source, vet, and recruit creators (focus on high‑value affiliates) with targeted outreach.
• Manage the full creator funnel from outreach to posting to GMV.
• Approve sample requests and optimize sampling for priority products.
• Be the day‑to‑day contact for creators in English and Spanish.
• Build relationships with Star/VIP creators and allocate attention for growth.
• Provide quick, actionable feedback on hooks and content, sharing best examples.
• Execute monthly plans: briefs, Target Collabs, product pushes for launches.
• Pull weekly performance and maintain GMV trackers for decision making.
• Support creator communities on Discord and Spanish-language channels.
