Dollar Shave Club is seeking a TikTok Shop Affiliate Manager to lead our creator initiatives. You will recruit, vet, onboard, and support creators across Dollar Shave Club and Truly Beauty, optimizing content for GMV and coordinating launches with brand, marketing, and e-commerce teams.

The ideal candidate is fluent in English with conversational Spanish, has hands-on TikTok Shop experience, and excels at relationship-building and data-driven decision making.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in affiliate/influencer marketing; at least 1 year managing TikTok Shop creators.
• Fluent English and conversational Spanish for creator outreach.
• Experience with TikTok Shop Seller Center and affiliate tools.
• Proven ability to recruit high-converting creators and grow GMV.
• Strong hooks, angles, and product education understanding.
• Proficient in Google Sheets or Excel for trackers.

Responsibilities

• Source and recruit creators by brand, product, and category.
• Manage creator funnel from outreach to GMV.
• Review samples and manage sampling priorities.
• Communicate with creators in English and Spanish.
• Coordinate briefs, Target Collabs, and launches.
• Track weekly performance and advise scaling.
• Support Discord community and Spanish chat.
