• Ability to maintain and improve SOPs and playbooks.
• Strong written and verbal communication to support strategists and client communications.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the Command Center: update tasks, owners, and next steps.
• Publish daily notes and assist with client standups and internal calls.
• Translate strategist workflows into reusable SOPs and monthly change logs.
• Support creator and campaign management, including briefs and logistics.
• Update weekly dashboards and surface insights for smarter decisions.
