Job summary

Podean is a leading marketplace agency focused on accelerating growth across Amazon, Walmart, Target, TikTok Shop, and other digital platforms. We seek an Associate Strategist to serve as the connective tissue of the pod, turning strategy into action, maintaining the command center, and ensuring smooth planning to execution.

You will own daily operations, blockers, and playbooks, while supporting client standups and internal reviews.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating cross-functional campaigns and programs.
• Ability to document processes and maintain playbooks.
• Strong organization, prioritization, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Program Management & Pod Operations: maintain the command center and track status, owners, and next steps.
• Publish daily end-of-day summaries with wins, risks, and next actions; support standups as needed.
• Create and maintain SOPs, change logs, and reusable documentation for scale.
• Creator & Campaign Support: track creator pipeline, briefs, and campaign one-pagers; coordinate logistics.
• Reporting & Scorecards: update dashboards and surface actionable insights for strategy.
