Job summary

This remote, nationwide role requires Public Trust clearance and strong analytics, data visualization, and collaboration with enterprise management teams. The position is contingent on contract award.

Qualifications

• Proven IT reporting, analytics, or enterprise management experience.
• Proficiency in SQL, Power BI, SSRS or comparable tools.
• Strong ITIL processes and security reporting knowledge.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to obtain and maintain Public Trust (Tier 3/NACLC) clearance.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver dashboards and reports using MECM, Power BI, and SQL queries.
• Develop data-driven insights on patch compliance, endpoint health, software deployment, and asset management.
• Support audit readiness and compliance reporting with accurate, policy-aligned reports.
• Collaborate with enterprise management teams to define reporting requirements and ensure data quality.
• Maintain documentation for reporting processes, data sources, and analytics methodologies.
