Indigo IT LLC in Ashburn, VA is seeking a Technical Reporting Specialist to develop and maintain enterprise reports using SSRS, Power BI, and SPLUNK for MECM, Intune, and Jamf managed desktops. You will prepare technical documentation, dashboards, and ad-hoc reports while coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure timely, accurate information for senior leadership.

Qualifications

• Requires current CBP Background Investigation or ability to obtain a Federal Public Trust clearance
• Bachelor's in Information Systems or 3-5 years IT experience or 1-3 years IT with Bachelor's in English/Communications/Graphic Design
• Certifications in A+, Security+, BeyondTrust, Microsoft 365 Endpoint Administrator, or MECM related are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide reporting and maintenance support of MECM, Jamf, and Intune infrastructure
• Create and maintain Power BI dashboards for contract deliverables
• Fulfill ad-hoc reporting requests on client workstations and cybersecurity items
• Handle end-user and change requests for software deployments and security updates
• Write/modify policy and procedure docs, job guides, and technical approaches
• Mentor junior staff and provide reporting support across teams
• Support all functions with writing and reporting tasks
• Perform additional duties as assigned
