Job summary

3500 Square LLC is seeking an Enterprise Management OSD Administrator – Tier III to join our team supporting the Defense Health Agency’s enterprise IT environment. This role focuses on deploying operating systems securely across physical and virtual endpoints, ensuring policy-compliant delivery for military health systems.

Responsibilities include managing OSD sequences, imaging, and tool integration, while maintaining security standards and documentation.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with OSD using MECM or similar enterprise deployment tools.
• Proficiency in creating and managing OS images, PXE boot processes, and driver management.
• Knowledge of DoD imaging standards, security compliance, and endpoint configurations.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent communication abilities.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust (Tier 3/NACLC) clearance.

Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize OSD task sequences, driver packages, and imaging tools.
• Troubleshoot and resolve deployment failures across diverse endpoint configurations.
• Develop, update, and maintain OSD configurations to meet security and operational standards.
• Ensure seamless integration with enterprise management (EM) toolsets.
• Maintain accurate documentation for OSD processes and deployments.
