Job summary

3500 Square LLC seeks an Enterprise Management (EM) Packaging Administrator – Tier III to join our federal IT operations. The role focuses on engineering, testing, and deploying enterprise software packages across a hybrid IT environment, ensuring secure, policy-compliant application delivery for the Military Health System.

You will work with MECM, PowerShell, and MSI packaging tools to enable reliable software distribution while aligning with DoD STIGs and security standards.

Qualifications

• Experience with application packaging technologies (MSI, PowerShell scripting, SCCM/MECM).
• Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems, registry management, and enterprise deployment practices.
• Familiarity with DoD STIG compliance, security standards, and patch management processes.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a collaborative, mission-critical environment.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust (Tier 3/NACLC) clearance.

Responsibilities

• Engineer, test, and deploy COTS and GOTS software packages using MECM or similar deployment tools.
• Ensure software compatibility with standardized enterprise endpoint configurations.
• Document and maintain application packaging standards, procedures, and best practices.
• Troubleshoot and resolve escalated issues related to application packaging and deployment.
• Collaborate with engineering, cybersecurity, and operations teams to support enterprise-wide initiatives.
