Job summary

Uniti Group is seeking a Tier 3 Network Analyst (NOC) to ensure reliable, high-performance fiber network operations. You will provide advanced support for cell site backhaul, Ethernet, waves, and dark fiber, troubleshoot complex issues, and collaborate with Tier 1/2 teams to resolve events.

Responsibilities include routing, switching, documentation, and stakeholder communication. Associate degree with 4–6 years experience; CCNA/CCNP desirable. Competitive pay and benefits offered.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in a technical discipline with 4–6 years related experience.
• 7+ years of directly related telephony or network operations experience or an equivalent combination.
• CCNA, CCNP or equivalent certifications are desirable.

Responsibilities

• Provide advanced technical support for network products including cell site backhaul, Ethernet, waves, and dark fiber.
• Analyze and troubleshoot complex network issues to identify root causes and implement effective solutions.
• Collaborate with Tier 1 and Tier 2 support teams to escalate and resolve network issues efficiently.
• Perform network routing and switching operations to optimize network performance and reliability.
• Maintain clear documentation of network configurations, processes, and troubleshooting steps.
• Communicate with internal teams and external stakeholders to provide updates and solutions.
• Stay updated with telecom fiber technologies and integrate them into network operations as needed.
• Conduct regular network performance assessments to identify areas for improvement and implement changes.
• Participate in network planning and development to enhance infrastructure.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and company policies.
