Job summary

Secur-Serv is seeking a Tier 2 Help Desk Technician to provide remote technical support from our Network Operation Center in Omaha, NE. The role focuses on troubleshooting Windows workstations, servers, printers, and network devices for clients nationwide.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years IT experience, are proficient with Office 365, Active Directory, and Remote Desktop Services, and possess strong communication skills for customer-focused service.

Qualifications

• Experience with Windows 7/10, Office 365, and Active Directory is required.
• Hands-on experience with Remote Desktop Services and networking equipment is preferred.
• Strong customer-focused communication and problem-solving abilities are essential.

Responsibilities

• Provide remote help desk support for client environments via phone and remote tools.
• Troubleshoot servers, workstations, routers, and network issues; perform updates and configurations.
• Escalate technical issues in a timely manner and participate in on-call rotations.
• Maintain documentation of issues and resolutions; ensure attendance and reliability.
