Job summary

The Minnesota Orchestra is seeking a part-time Audience Services/Ticketing staff member to support ticket sales and patron services at Orchestra Hall. You will maintain product knowledge, assist customers, and handle daily transactions with accuracy and courtesy.

Responsibilities include operating the ticketing system, staying informed on events and promotions, and assisting with training and department projects as part of the Audience Services team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required or equivalent.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
• Prior customer service experience preferred.
• Background in music and/or the arts preferred.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate ticket sales and customer service at Orchestra Hall.
• Maintain up-to-date information on products, policies and promotions.
• Operate the computerized ticketing system and assist with daily transactions.
