Job summary

The Minnesota Orchestra is seeking a part-time Ticket Services Supervisor to oversee the box office for Rental events, Rentals, and Association-sponsored activities. You will supervise staff, manage ticketing operations, and ensure accurate, friendly service for guests at Orchestra Hall.

You will balance daily sales, train staff, and uphold department standards while handling cash and coordinating with the Audience Services Management Team. Remote-capable with flexible scheduling.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year customer service experience.
• Minimum of 1 year supervisory experience.
• Minimum of 1 year ticketing experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist with coordination of Rental event ticketing/campaign planning, implementation, sales and service.
• Oversee printing, organization, and distribution of tickets/lists specific to Rental events.
• Maintain and explain event seating plans and current discounts/promotions.
