Job summary

100x Hospitality is seeking a remote Ticketing Coordinator to support the ticketing team with daily and weekly reporting and data updates. The role reports to the Ticketing Manager and requires reliable communication and strong data skills.

You will pull sales counts, confirm VIP closures, and ensure settlements are completed on schedule. Proficiency with spreadsheet tools and ticketing platforms is preferred.

Qualifications

• Strong spreadsheet skills and written English.
• Comfortable with Asana and recurring tasks.
• Experience with Ticketmaster, AXS, or Tixr preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own daily and weekly reporting for the ticketing team.
• Pull sales counts and send updates to partners.
• Work remotely, reporting to the Ticketing Manager.
• Send daily counts email by 12 PM ET.
• Confirm VIP sales close on time and complete settlements.
• Spot-check pricing and package data.
