Responsibilities include designing and maintaining detection and monitoring, tuning SIEM use cases, conducting threat hunting, and collaborating with Security

Qualifications

• 5+ years hands-on detection engineering experience, creating and maintaining SIEM rules at scale.
• Experience with scripting (PowerShell or Python) to automate monitoring and reporting.
• Strong knowledge of security auditing principles, risk management, and regulatory requirements.
• Experience supporting audits and responding to auditor requests.
• Hands-on experience with network, endpoint, and cloud security monitoring.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain threat detection and monitoring capabilities across enterprise environments.
• Develop, tune, and optimize SIEM use cases, detection rules, alerts, and correlation logic.
• Conduct proactive threat hunting, security investigations, and event analysis.
• Partner with Security Operations, Incident Response, Infrastructure, and Cloud teams to improve coverage.
• Support audits with evidence, documentation, and responses to requests.
