InHome Therapy is seeking a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist to provide in-home speech therapy to adults and geriatric patients in and around Chicago. You will deliver care with a flexible schedule, maintain quality documentation, and collaborate with a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Reliable transportation to see patients in their homes.
• Comfort with technology — email, texting, EMR systems (training provided).

Responsibilities

• Deliver in-home speech therapy services to adult and geriatric patients.
• Evaluate patient communication, cognition, and swallowing to set goals.
• Implement rehabilitation and therapeutic exercises.
• Educate patients and families on recovery plans and preventive care.
• Maintain accurate home health documentation per Medicare and agency standards.

• IHT SLP Clinical Excellence Bonus - earn additional weekly pay based on visit complexity and volume
• The evaluation visit rate for this role ranges from $70 - $85 per visit

• This position is paid on a per-visit basis. Final compensation is based on experience, qualifications, and internal equity. Benefits eligibility varies based on employment status and weekly hours worked. Some full-time roles are eligible for medical benefits only; others are eligible for both medical benefits and PTO.
