HiredFirst is seeking an experienced therapy recruiter to source, screen and submit candidates for travel, local contract and permanent therapy roles. We work nationwide with top clients and offer high payout shares in a commission-only, independent contractor setup.

You will source PT, PTA, OT, COTA and SLP candidates, verify licensure and credentials, and move quickly to present strong talents. Successful recruiters own their sourcing tools and networks and thrive on performance-based income.

Formación

• 2+ years recruiting in therapy, allied health or healthcare staffing.
• Proven placements track record (volume, specialties, contract vs perm).
• Own sourcing resources, such as job boards and candidate networks.
• Knowledge of therapy licensure and credentialing.

Responsabilidades

• Source PT, PTA, OT, COTA and SLP candidates for travel, local contract and permanent roles.
• Screen licensure, experience and credentialing documents to ensure fit.
• Submit strong candidates quickly; speed to submission wins deals.
• Present pay packages, prepare candidates for interviews and support them through offer and start.
• Keep candidate records current in our ATS.
