Job summary

BlueSky Telepsych in Illinois is seeking licensed mental health clinicians to provide telehealth psychotherapy from home. You’ll practice in the patient’s best interest with minimal corporate interference, manage autonomous caseloads, and collaborate with prescribers on a monthly basis.

We support a team-based model with regular virtual staffing, flexible days and hours chosen by you, and opportunities to work with diverse populations, including LGBTQ+ communities.

Qualifications

• Must be fully licensed (LCPC, LCSW, LMFT, LMHC, LPC) and open to licensing in alternative states (AZ, CO, IA, IL, MA, MD, MN, MS, NC, OH, TN, TX, WA).
• Significant clinical experience preferred but not required.
• Experience with diverse populations such as LGBTQ+ and transgender community desired.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, organizational, and time management skills.
• Solid computer and basic technology skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain patient-centered care with autonomy and minimal corporate interference.
• Manage caseloads, with rapid growth and collaboration across teams.
• Coordinate care between psychiatric prescribers and counselors in a team-based format.
• Perform clinical work from home with hours chosen by the clinician.
• Participate in regular virtual staffing with collaborating prescribers at least monthly.

• Compensation is hourly, there is a medical insurance benefit for those therapists able to offer full-time hours.
