Job summary

IQVIA LLC in the United States seeks a Therapeutic Strategy Director for Early Clinical Development. You will design differentiated development strategies for FIH to Phase IIa, lead cross‑functional teams, and drive client engagement and proposals to win new work.

The role requires deep therapeutic and operational strategy expertise, global clinical research experience, and strong leadership to translate strategy into delivery across projects while collaborating with sales and account teams.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in life sciences.
Advanced degree preferred.
10+ years of global clinical research experience.
Experience in early clinical development and Phase I operations.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Experience with Clinical Operations and Clinical Project Management.
Understanding of biopharma industry and drug development lifecycle.

Responsibilities

Lead cross-functional teams in proposal development through to award.
Develop client-centric strategies and responses to secure projects.
Support pre-award strategy and bid defense meetings with content and win themes.
Translate sold strategy to delivery teams and provide post-award guidance.
