Job summary

Escapesbysandra is seeking an organized Theme Park Vacation Experience Coordinator to help families, couples and groups plan memorable vacations with a focus on Disney destinations, theme parks, cruises and resort stays. This remote role supports clients from first inquiry through final details of their trip.

You will research options, coordinate accommodations, tickets, transportation and itineraries, respond to inquiries promptly, and maintain accurate client records while delivering friendly,

Qualifications

• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Detail-oriented with multi-client management.
• Experience in customer service or travel planning helpful but not required.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with planning personalized vacation experiences based on their interests, budget, travel style, and preferred destinations
• Research and organize vacation options, including theme park resorts, ticket options, accommodations, transportation, cruises, dining, excursions, and travel add-ons
• Provide support for popular family and theme park destinations, including Disney vacations, Universal-style getaways, beach vacations, cruises, and all-inclusive resort experiences
• Respond to client inquiries in a timely, professional, and service-focused manner
• Maintain accurate client records, travel details, confirmations, preferences, deadlines, and supporting documentation
• Help clients understand vacation options, timelines, payment deadlines, travel requirements, and important trip details
• Monitor multiple client requests while maintaining a high level of accuracy, organization, and follow-through
• Provide ongoing support to help create a smooth, enjoyable, and well-coordinated vacation planning experience
• Stay engaged with training resources, supplier updates, destination information, and travel-related tools
