Job summary

Escapesbysandra is seeking an organized Theme Park Vacation Experience Coordinator to help families plan magical vacations, focusing on Disney destinations, theme parks, cruises, and resort stays. This remote role emphasizes delivering excellent service from the initial inquiry through final details.

You will research options, coordinate travel elements, maintain client records, and stay current with supplier updates. Training is provided along with remote-work opportunities and travel discounts.

Qualifications

• Strong organizational, time-management and written/verbal communication skills.
• Professional, friendly customer service approach with independence to work remotely.
• Ability to manage multiple client requests with high accuracy.
• Interest in Disney destinations and family travel is preferred.
• Experience in customer service, hospitality or travel planning is helpful but not required.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required.

Responsibilities

• Plan personalized vacation experiences based on clients' interests, budget, and destinations.
• Research vacation options including theme park resorts, tickets, accommodations, transportation, cruises, dining, and add-ons.
• Provide support for Disney vacations, Universal-style getaways, beach vacations, cruises, and all-inclusive resorts.
• Respond to inquiries in a timely, service-focused manner.
• Maintain accurate client records, travel details, confirmations, and preferences.
• Explain timelines, payment deadlines, travel requirements, and trip details to clients.
• Monitor multiple requests with accuracy and organization.
• Provide ongoing support to ensure a smooth planning experience.
• Stay updated with training resources and supplier updates.
