Qualifikationen

• Texas bar license is required.
• 10+ years of civil litigation experience.
• Defense experience is preferred.
• Trial experience is desirable.
• Ability to analyze issues and develop effective strategies.
• Willingness to travel for court hearings and depositions.

Aufgaben

• Defend insureds in general liability, D&O, real estate/title, HOA matters.
• Independently conduct depositions, discovery, mediations, arbitrations, and trials.
• Communicate regularly with claim professionals and clients.
• Provide legal advice and negotiate settlements.
