Job summary

Teleperformance USA is seeking an experienced QA/UAT and release validation specialist to oversee test lifecycle management, administer BrowserStack, and coordinate cross-functional validation across Product, Engineering, and Business Ops. You will own test intake, execute manual and automated suites, and ensure timely reporting for program leadership.

The role is 100% remote within the United States, requiring strong English communication, documentation, and a collaborative mindset to support

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or equivalent experience.
• 4–6+ years in QA/UAT operations, test management, or release validation support.
• Experience leading test administration across multiple teams.

Responsibilities

• Oversee BrowserStack administration and test execution workflows.
• Manage test intake and maintain suite hygiene.
• Produce standardized status reports for Program Management.
• Coordinate with Product, Engineering, and Business Ops for validation.
• Capture defects with evidence for engineering triage.
• Support post-deploy production validation planning and execution.
