Job summary

Leostream Corporation seeks a Quality Assurance Team Lead for a remote role across the 48 contiguous US states (excluding NY and CA). You will lead QA engineers, design and execute tests for UI and protocol behavior, and validate integrations with identity providers, virtualization, and cloud resources.

The role emphasizes hands-on testing, strong problem-solving ability, and collaboration with engineering and product teams to ensure high-quality releases. East Coast hours are expected.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years in software QA with a focus on manual testing.
• At least 1 year in a leadership role in QA.
• Strong understanding of Windows and Linux administration basics and networking fundamentals.
• Experience with identity/authentication systems (SAML, LDAP/AD, RADIUS, MFA) is required.
• Experience with virtualization platforms (VMware, Hyper-V, AWS, Azure) is strongly preferred.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and initiative in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead a small team of QA Engineers through release and testing activities.
• Design, execute, and maintain test cases for all Leostream products (UI workflows and protocol behavior).
• Validate integrations across identity providers, remote display protocols, hypervisors, and cloud resources.
• Investigate, reproduce, and document defects using logs, traces, and cross-platform testing.
• Maintain test documentation, cases, and release validation checklists.
• Collaborate with engineering and product teams to refine requirements and improve testability.
• Develop expertise with Leostream products and related remote-access technologies.
• Assist developers with test configurations and participate in special projects.
