TP is a leading global provider of digital business services. This remote US-based role supports QA/UAT operations, test management, and release validation across multiple teams.

You will oversee test intake, tracking, and reporting, coordinating with Product, Engineering, and Business Ops to maintain quality across our digital platforms. The position offers a fully remote arrangement within the United States.

Qualifications

• 4–6+ years in QA/UAT operations, with 2+ years leading test administration.
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, CS, Engineering, or related field.
• Strong understanding of test lifecycle management, defect workflows, release status reporting.
• Excellent written and spoken English communication.
• Able to operate in a hybrid/manual-plus-automation model.

Responsibilities

• Oversee test intake, reporting support, and execution tracking.
• Execute approved manual test cases and approved business-facing regression suites.
• Support post-deploy production validation planning, coordination, and execution.
• Create and log initial defects with evidence for triage and debugging.
• Maintain execution records, test assets, and operating documentation.
• Provide standardized status inputs and reporting to Program Management.
• Coordinate with Business Ops/Advisors for validation as needed.
