Job summary

Expedite Talent Solutions seeks a Senior Testing Consultant for the Oregon Health Authority SBM project. You will design, execute, and validate UAT, work with business users, and drive testing quality across agile and traditional delivery.

Responsibilities include creating test artifacts (RTMs, test plans, cases), leading bug hunts, coordinating with QA and development, supporting release readiness, and mentoring teams on testing best practices. Remote work with PT coordination.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in computer science, IT or related field.
• Experience leading QA/UAT activities for complex, cross-functional projects.
• Experience designing test strategies, plans, RTMs, test cases, defect reports, and release readiness docs.
• Ability to influence stakeholders and advocate for quality.

Responsibilities

• Design, execute, and validate UAT to ensure systems meet requirements and deliver business value.
• Create, maintain RTMs, test cases, scenarios, and test data for UAT.
• Lead/balance manual testing, regression, exploratory testing, and defect triage.
• Collaborate with business users and SME testers across teams for testing readiness.
• Support release readiness and provide test metrics and status reports.
