Job summary

Teleperformance USA is seeking a testing and validation specialist for multilingual execution support across English, French, Spanish, and Portuguese. You will oversee language-specific validation cycles, manage BrowserStack assets, and collaborate with Customer Success teams to ensure quality across CTI, Messaging, OneCRM, and Self-Help Portals.

You will execute scripted test cases, log defects with clear reproduction steps, and participate in post-deploy validation planning in a hybrid

Qualifications

• 2-4+ years in testing, validation support, customer operations, or multilingual execution support roles.
• Language coverage across English, French, Spanish, Portuguese; Arabic desirable.

Responsibilities

• Oversee execution support for language- and region-specific validation cycles.
• Support administration of BrowserStack assets, suites, dashboards, and execution workflows for supported Customer Success Solutions teams (CTI, Messaging, OneCRM, Self-Help Portals)
• Execute approved manual test cases and approved business-facing regression suites.
• Support post-deploy production validation planning, coordination, and execution.
• Create and log initial defects with evidence sufficient for engineering triage and debugging follow-through.
• Maintain execution records, test assets, and operating documentation.
• Provide standardized status inputs and reporting support to Program Management.
• Coordinate selectively with Business Ops / Advisors where real-call, persona, language-specific, or market-specific validation is required.
