Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business or technical discipline with 8+ years of software development, testing and quality assurance experience.
• Hands-on test automation experience using Selenium WebDriver, Java, VS Code, 508-accessibility, Jenkins, GitHub, Jira, and Xray.
• Experience with VA clinical pharmacy applications and workflows (e.g., VistA, CPRS, FILEMAN, VA FORUM).
• Experience integrating automated testing into CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, GitHub Actions).
• Experience designing and executing performance tests using comparable tools.
• Experience writing relational SQL queries to support test validation and data-driven testing.
• Strong SDLC/STLC/ALM and DevSecOps understanding, with collaboration skills.
• Experience implementing AI-assisted test generation and reporting within the SDLC.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and integrate automated functional, regression, API, smoke, and non-functional test suites.
• Create automated API contract tests for internal and partner REST services.
• Integrate automated testing into CI/CD pipelines and monitor test execution.
• Validate application functionality, business rules, API integrations, and data processing.
• Develop data-driven test scenarios using relational SQL and datasets.
• Collaborate with developers, QA, and DevSecOps to ensure broad test coverage.
• Evaluate AI-assisted testing generation, analysis, and reporting within SDLC where appropriate.
