Job summary

AMALIE Oil Company is hiring a dynamic Territory Sales Representative to drive growth across a multi-state territory including New York, New Jersey, Connecticut, and more. This remote, home-based role requires up to 75% travel by air and car, with a base salary plus commission and comprehensive benefits.

The position reports to the National Sales VP and collaborates with the wider sales organization to expand the distributor network and increase revenue while ensuring high customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of outside sales experience in the traditional lubricant distribution market.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, TEAMS, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM systems.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Identify and cultivate new prospective accounts in the multi-state territory.
• Engage with prospective customers to build long-term supplier–client relationships.
• Maintain a deep understanding of the traditional lubricant distribution market and industry trends.
• Prepare and present sales data; manage CRM records daily.
