Job summary

Corza Medical is seeking a Territory Sales Specialist in the Seattle area to grow our Wound Closure portfolio across ambulatory centers, clinics, and physician offices. You will build relationships with surgeons and clinical staff while driving adoption of Quill®, SharpointPLUS®, and related brands.

You will report to the Area Business Manager, manage a defined non-acute territory, and travel up to 30% as you prospect, present, and close new opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 1–2 years of outside sales or customer-facing experience (B2B, healthcare, or related fields). Prospecting weekly.
• Must live within the assigned territory area and be willing to travel within territory up to 30%.

Responsibilities

• Manage a defined non-acute territory to meet or exceed sales goals for Corza Medical’s Wound Closure and surgical product portfolio.
• Identify and convert new customer opportunities through prospecting, product presentations, and follow-up.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with physicians, clinical staff, and procurement/purchasing teams.
• Conduct in-services, product demonstrations, and staff education sessions to support product utilization.
• Develop account strategies that increase product adoption and market share within assigned territory.
• Monitor customer activity, market trends, and competitor actions; communicate insights to sales leadership.
• Maintain accurate sales and activity records using CRM (Salesforce.com).
• Demonstrate a proactive, self-motivated approach to managing sales activities, time, and travel.
• Travel within assigned territory up to 30% of the time.
