Job summary

The Hershey Company is seeking a Part-Time Territory Sales Associate to drive distribution and merchandising across a designated US territory. This remote role requires frequent travel to store locations, driving your own vehicle, and relying on mileage reimbursement.

You will visit 6-10 accounts daily, maintain in-store displays, report activity, and support Merchandising Plans. The position offers flexible hours (20-25 per week) with starting hourly pay of $15.50–$16.50, and requires a high

Qualifications

• Must have a valid US state issued driver's license.
• Must have a personal vehicle in sound operating condition.
• Must maintain personal auto insurance indicating min coverage with business use.
• Must reside or be willing to commute within the territory boundaries as listed.
• Must be able to drive long distances to make multiple sales calls daily.
• Education: High School Diploma or GED.
• Experience: 3-4 years food merchandising preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Sell and maintain 100% distribution of all 'authorized' Hershey Items in assigned territory.
• Achieve merchandising objectives using Permanent Secondary Displays and other display vehicles.
• Report weekly activity, expenses, account changes, promotions and all administrative functions.
• Report daily activities through tablets and submit at day’s end.
• Territory size and location vary; manage multiple retailers.
