Job summary

Clarios is seeking an Account Territory Representative to drive retail sales across assigned markets. This remote role travels within the region, primarily to Philadelphia, New Jersey, Baltimore, and Washington DC, partnering with regional leadership to support national accounts.

You will train store personnel, monitor POS compliance, reduce returns, and promote our battery brands. The position offers an annual salary with a target bonus and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a sales or customer-facing role.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Ability to travel up to 75% within geographic territory; travel Monday-Thursday with occasional non-travel weeks.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with regional leadership and retail store contacts.
• Assist with retail merchandising for proper layout, signage, pricing, and cataloging.
• Lead testing protocols and train associates.
• Conduct Install sales calls with Territory Sales Managers to grow commercial sales and customer base.
• Attend customer functions, trade shows, and regional/national meetings.
• Support account-related sales growth during market blitzes.
