Job summary

Calyxo, Inc. is seeking a San Francisco, CA based Territory Sales Manager to drive adoption of CVAC in the defined territory. The role is remote within the USA with frequent travel to physician sites and hospitals.

You will communicate the value proposition, qualify and develop accounts, and work with cross‑functional teams to exceed sales targets. The ideal candidate has 5+ years in outside sales in medical devices, OR experience, and strong relationships with urologists or healthcare

Qualifications

• 5+ years of outside sales/sales management experience.
• Medical device experience preferred.
• Proven track record of meeting/exceeding revenue targets.
• Experience navigating hospital and ASC product adoption processes.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed quarterly sales quotas for defined territory.
• Maintain territory plans and provide monthly/quarterly forecasts.
• Communicate Calyxo's value proposition to customers.
• Qualify, train and develop accounts to adopt Calyxo products.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing and education teams to drive adoption.
