Job summary

Calyxo, Inc. is a medical device company seeking a Houston-based Territory Sales Manager to drive CVAC adoption among physicians while achieving sales quotas.

The role requires training, product demonstrations, and frequent travel within the Houston area, with remote work options in the USA. You will communicate our value proposition and build key relationships to expand utilization of our kidney-stone treatment technology.

Qualifications

• 5+ years outside sales/sales management experience, with healthcare focus preferred.
• Medical device experience is preferred.
• Proficient in navigating hospital and ASC product approval processes.
• Operating room experience is required.
• Strong relationships with local urologists are highly desired.
• Understanding of kidney stone treatment and related reimbursement environments is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed quarterly sales quotas for the defined territory.
• Maintain a monthly and quarterly territory plan with objectives and vulnerabilities.
• Provide monthly forecasts for the area.
• Communicate the value proposition of Calyxo products to customers.
• Qualify, train, assess, and develop accounts to adopt Calyxo products in kidney stone practice.
• Develop relationships with key customers and KOLs within the region.
• Partner with sales, marketing, and education teams to prioritize opportunities.
• Enter and complete required sales reporting forms on time.
• Support product safety issue resolution and compliance with GMP and FDA regulations.
