Job summary

Calyxo, Inc. is seeking a Phoenix, AZ based Territory Sales Manager to drive CVAC adoption among physicians remotely across the USA.

You will manage quarterly quotas, build relationships with physicians and KOLs, and coordinate with education, marketing and finance to ensure account success and reporting accuracy. The ideal candidate has 5+ years in outside medical device sales, OR/urology knowledge, and a proven track record launching new technologies while navigating hospital processes and

Qualifications

• Experience in outside sales with a track record of meeting quotas.
• Understanding of hospital approval processes and reimbursement environments.
• OR experience and knowledge of urology products is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed quarterly sales quotas for Phoenix territory.
• Maintain territory plans and provide monthly forecasts.
• Communicate Calyxo value proposition to customers and train accounts.
• Develop accounts to adopt Calyxo products in kidney stone practice.
• Collaborate with education, marketing, and finance for reporting and support.
