Calyxo, Inc. is seeking a Phoenix, AZ based Territory Sales Manager to drive CVAC adoption among physicians in the Phoenix area.

This remote, USA role reports to the Regional Sales Manager and requires frequent travel, product demonstrations, and a strong track record in outside medical device sales. You will build relationships with key customers and KOLs, forecast quarterly results, and collaborate with Marketing and Finance to ensure timely reporting and field success.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of outside sales/sales management experience (medical device experience preferred).
• Strong track record of exceeding revenue targets.
• Experience navigating hospital/ASC product approval processes.

Responsabilités

• Meet or exceed quarterly sales quotas for the defined territory.
• Maintain monthly and quarterly territory plans with objectives and vulnerabilities.
• Provide monthly area forecasts and communicate the value proposition to customers.
• Qualify, train, assess, and develop accounts to adopt Calyxo products in kidney stone practice.
