Calyxo, Inc. is a medical device company focused on advancing kidney stone treatment. The Territory Sales Manager for Phoenix, AZ will drive CVAC adoption, communicate value to physicians, and develop accounts to achieve monthly and quarterly quotas.

This role requires OR experience, strong urology knowledge, and the ability to travel frequently. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a track record of revenue overachievement, strategic territory planning, and collaboration with cross-functional

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of outside sales/sales management experience; medical device experience preferred.
• Proven track record of over-delivering revenue versus sales plan.
• Proficient in navigating hospital and ASC product approval processes.
• Operating room experience required.
• Thorough knowledge of urology products and strong relationships with local urologists.
• Experience launching disruptive technologies and navigating complex reimbursement environments.
• Understanding of kidney stone treatment algorithms preferred.
• Compliance with vaccination rules at county, state, and federal levels.

Responsabilidades

• Meet or exceed quarterly sales quotas for the defined territory.
• Maintain a monthly and quarterly territory plan with objectives and vulnerabilities.
• Provide monthly forecasts for the defined area.
• Communicate Calyxo's value proposition to customers.
• Qualify, train, assess, and develop accounts for product adoption.
• Build relationships with key customers and KOLs in the region.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Education teams for opportunities.
• Ensure required sales reporting forms are completed on time.
• Support product issue resolution and safety reporting.
• Maintain professional image with physicians, consultants, and teammates.
