Job summary

Calyxo, Inc. is seeking a Territory Sales Manager for the Omaha, NE area. This remote role focuses on driving CVAC adoption among physicians and meeting quotas across the U.S. with frequent travel to hospitals and clinics.

Base salary $120,000 with $140,000 annual variable, plus stock options and comprehensive benefits. Strong emphasis on ethics, teamwork, and professional development in a diverse, fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Outside sales experience in medical devices is preferred.
• Ability to navigate hospital and ASC product approval processes.
• Operating room experience is advantageous.
• Proven track record of exceeding revenue targets.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed quarterly sales quota for the defined area.
• Maintain a territory plan with objectives and risks.
• Provide monthly forecasts for the territory.
• Effectively communicate Calyxo’s value proposition to customers.
• Qualify, train, assess, and develop accounts to adopt Calyxo products in kidney stone care.
• Travel frequently to engage physicians and facilities.
