Ironhart Co. seeks a Charlotte-based Territory Sales Manager to expand our luxury bathroom and kitchen fixtures across the Carolinas. This full-time remote role focuses on showroom partnerships, high-end builders, and A&D collaborations to grow market share.

You will manage relationships, present product solutions, identify new opportunities, and drive revenue while working independently within a defined geographic territory.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and customer service to build trust.
• Proven sales skills: prospecting, negotiation, and closing.
• Experience in territory or field sales with CRM familiarity.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; 3–7 years in sales preferred.
