Job summary

Atlas International Inc. is seeking an entrepreneurial Interior Designer & Sales Specialist to guide clients through bathroom designs, drive luxury vanity/cabinet sales, and help build our in-house design service program. This remote 90% role offers high autonomy, inbound interest, and uncapped earning potential.

You’ll lead virtual consultations, translate inquiries into orders with accurate specs and quotes, and shape our service programs while collaborating with contractors and designers.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of interior design experience focused on cabinetry or bath/kitchen.
• Proven consultative sales background with closing experience.
• Strong visual communication with a design portfolio.

Responsibilities

• Lead virtual design consultations for homeowners and trade clients.
• Convert inquiries into cabinet/vanity orders with accurate specs and quotes.
• Help build and scale our in-house Interior Design Service Program.
• Partner with contractors and interior designers to secure trade accounts.
• Maintain a seamless customer pipeline from concept to order.
